环氧波形玻璃纤维布（简称瓦楞布）是我公司与日本富士联合开发成功的高科技绝缘材料。该产品是我公司专利产品，其专利号为：200920074978.7   我公司生产的瓦楞布采用经硅烷浸润剂表面处理的无碱玻璃纤维纱，具有与环氧浸渍胶有良好的相容性及浸润性，保证在浸渍时环氧树脂充分浸渍玻璃纤维纱内部。其优质的材料，独特的结构，是干式变压器、电抗器绕组层间固体绝缘浸渍胶浇注的首选的理想绝缘材料，其应用广泛。

       性能特点：

本产品采用了先进的双层织造工艺，波纹玻纤布与玻纤布的波纹通道，即能使浇注填料通畅地进人所浇注线圈，又由所浇注填料的重力，迫使内部气体从其他通道排出，因而使浇注填料更透彻，无气泡，增加了绝缘性能，增加了机械强度，无局部放电，保证了足够的电气强度。

由于环氧波形玻璃纤维布采用了在波浪面外侧涂有浸渍胶，而其余面有着更好的渗透性，能使与之浇注线圈的环氧树脂牢固地结合在一起。所述的浸渍胶采用阻燃环氧树脂或阻燃乙烯基树脂，阻燃、防火性能好、机械强度高。另因独特的结构，使其具有更好的柔软性，具有良好的工艺操作性。
